This class will take you on a journey to evolve your practice and unlock your capacity to move and be moved. The offering of each session will be set with a clear intention of body, mind and heart, and flow through a targeted progression to move through basic, intermediate, advanced yoga poses (as well as modifications). Mantra, meditation, pranayama and partner work will also be offered to empower your practice.
Note:
This is a level 2+ class.
Students should be able to kick up into Handstand at the wall.
